Auditors from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) conducted 145 onsite audit in Boeing (Zhoushan) Completion Center Limited Company (herein referred to as “Joint Venture”) in August, 2019, and found that Joint Venture could comply in all respects with the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations relating to the establishment of an Air Agency, and could be empowered to operate an approved repair station. Joint Venture received the FAA qualified Part 145 Repair Station Certificate (Number of Certificate: 5BZY475D) in October, 2019, which laid a solid foundation for the normal operation of the company.
