Boeing (Zhoushan) Completion Center Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "the joint venture") jointly invested by Boeing company and Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd., the iconic project of China US industrial cooperation, held its first board meeting in Zhoushan, Zhejiang, on July 11th, 2018. The convening of the meeting marked that the joint venture formally entered the normal operation stage from the preparatory stage. The supervisors and senior managers of the joint venture attended the meeting.

List of senior executives of the joint venture is declared in the meeting and 19 proposals including initial business plan have been reviewed and approved. The work progress and achievements of the joint venture since its establishment is fully affirmed and some constructive opinions and suggestions on the management and future operation of the joint venture are put forward during the meeting.

The joint venture is mainly engaged in interior installation, painting, delivery support of Boeing 737 MAX series aircraft. Zhejiang Province and Zhoushan City provided strong support and assistance for the industrial and commercial registration of the joint venture and related comprehensive supporting facilities. Through joint efforts, the joint venture obtained its business license on June 20th and was officially registered.
