In order to strengthen and broaden the maintenance capacity to better serve customers, during the year of 2022, BZCC put forward the Maintenance Capacity construction - the six-capacity building, which including Remote Visual Inspection, Composites Repair, Skin Repair, Loop Resistance Test, Engine Run-up and Non-destructive Test. The capacity building was carried out throughout 2022, with a total of 38 training sessions covering Quality, Flightline, Paint, Engineering and HR departments.
As an old saying goes: "A workman must first sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well." In order to do well in the six-capacity building, the company coordinated with internal and external resources and invited local and expat experts to train front-line employees. In terms of building Composites Repair capability, the company organized personnel of relevant departments to go to Boeing Tianjin Composites and invited experts from Boeing AVIC Center to conduct training. In terms of building Skin Repair capability, the company coordinated experts from Boeing to obtain the authorized courses, then conducted internal structured training under the guidance of expat painter; In terms of building loop resistance test capacity, the company actively coordinated PST (Production System Training) electronics experts to organize the theory and practical training of HIRF (High Intensity Radiated Fields). The production departments, as the end users, demonstrated a high degree of participation in the process of conducting the six-capacity building. They not only fully supported and participated in training, but also actively encouraged experienced employees to serve as internal authorized trainers. Therefore, the capacity building improved their skill level and enabled them to continuously contribute to the company's production.
Currently, BZCC has successfully completed the construction of six -capacity building and achieved remarkable results. For the Capabilities of Remote Visual Inspection, Composites Repair, Skin Repair and Loop Resistance Test, the company has cultivated some full-time and part-time internal trainers. For the capabilities of Composite Repair, Skin Repair and Engine Run-up, some local employees have obtained authorization of repairing projects that meet FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) requirements.
